Porsche 911 – By “Electrogenic” We have the pleasure of offering this unique opportunity to own a classic Porsche 911 with an electric conversion by “Electrogenic” providing the perfect blend of classic meets modern motoring. Manufactured in 1985 this Porsche started life as a stock 911 Carrera 3.2 with a naturally aspirated boxer 6 engine developing 231 bhp. In 2012 the then current owner commissioned a bodywork back date to resemble the 1973 2.7 RS model, the work was carried out and documented by NVD body works in Dublin. Shortly thereafter the Porsche was then sold to Williams Crawford, Porsche specialist in Cornwall. A comprehensive and documented history file accompanies this car. In 2022 the current owner commissioned “Rindt”, a Porsche Specialist to carry out a complete mechanical re fresh, interior re-trim and body respray choosing to have the car finished in this fabulous combination of Irish Green with a contrasting dark tan interior which is in keeping with the early 70’s theme of this car. In 2023 the owner then commissioned Electrogenic to install their E62 conversation kit. The specification of the E62 conversion kit is: 62-kWh battery providing the power to a 160-kWh motor rear mounted, drive is provided via a single speed automatic transmission achieving a range of between 180 – 200 miles between charging. The power output is equivalent to 220 bhp with max torque of 312 Nm, providing a 0 – 60 mph time of sub 5 seconds. Costs for works carried out in 2022 / 23 not including purchase price of the car are approximately £110,000.
